Hi, I’m Kirstie
Fellow big-hearted adventurer
Love of my husband (but mostly of cheese) took me to Italy in 2020. He was desperate to be back with his family. And honestly, what Aussie girl could pass up the chance to live in the land of pizza and gelato?! (Seeing a food theme here?)
This adventure inspired me to combine the style of my travel photography (pure personal work) into my client shoots as I documented their holidays in Tuscany, Venice or Puglia.
I began incorporating local activities into their photoshoots- cooking classes at their agriturismo, sailing on the Mediterranean and enjoying gelato in a hilltop town.
And the results were gorgeous. Real smiles, happy kids, relaxed parents and proud grandparents were purchased and hung on walls all over the world.
But why should these types of photos be reserved for international holidays? Our weekends at home are also filled with wonderful adventures. And when we look back at this time of our lives, shouldn’t the photos reflect the activities we love most right now?
So that’s my mission with Classico Portraits Australia, to provide you a way to preserve these memories and celebrate your every-day with those you love.
